During Hurricane Ike in 2008, our families' normal life disappeared overnight as the storm left a trail of destruction all around Houston. For two weeks, five families took shelter in the only house that has electricity; gathering around the table for comfort and community. When Mama Tang served us her signature gourmet dressing, we decided to share it with the world. Mama Tang has given us her thumbs up on the Original and Spicy Asian Vinaigrette and has recipes to share with you.
