The Owner and Director of Manage My MSP, Chris Cranie, set up the company in 2023 after having worked in IT for over 20 years. Chris initially worked as an employee for private and non-profit organisations, he then co-founded and grew a successful IT MSP over a 10 year period from 2012-2022.
By working both as a customer and as a supplier Chris gained insight into both perspectives and is now able to help his customers improve their MSP relationships and outcomes.
