Mandy Silverman, known as Mandylicious, is the creative force behind a challah and babka sensation that has inspired bakers around the world. With her innovative take on traditional Jewish baking, she has developed over 550 unique recipes, and is passionate about making challah and babka baking inclusive, accessible, and fun for people of all backgrounds and experience levels. In addition to running her bakery in Sharon, MA, Mandy loves teaching classes and sharing her tips and recipes to support others on their baking journey.
Mandylicious also offers a rotating assortment of delicious, gourmet challahs topped and/or stuffed with ingredients you never imagined. We use 100% kosher and dairy-free ingredients and keep a kosher kitchen. Only available locally in Sharon, MA, where we are permitted by the Town of Sharon.
