Manila Condo Rental (previously known as Distinct Living Condominiums) was established in January 2010. The owner started by purchasing one unit, originally for their own use but decided to rent out. Later on, they invested for more units. The concept of hotel-like accommodation was introduced to experience comfortable and distinctive living in the Metro in affordable rate. Manila Condo Rental is engage in rental of a well maintained fully furnished condominiums in Metro Manila in a very affordable rate. Our rooms/units are classified as condotel with on-call crew to attend for the needs of the guests/occupants. Home furnishings are all customized. Appliances, furnitures, tools and accessories were carefully chosen. The interior was designed by interior designer.
