ManitouNW works with public, private, and non-governmental organizations to improve resilience and achieve sustainability by engaging stakeholders, improving alignment, and promoting strategic foresight. Our team includes internationally recognized experts in change management, organizational development, program evaluation, civic engagement, public policy analysis, strategic planning, and program evaluation. ManitouNW is a woman-owned enterprise located in Seattle, Washington. Our completed projects include gathering public input on the Columbia River Treaty, advice on the organization and staffing of fire-rescue agencies in British Columbia, the development of social media training for emergency managers, and analysis and advocacy on behalf of the disabled for building code changes.
