A short drive from the town of Chania, nestled on the foothills of the Lefka Ori mountain range, lies the Manousakis Winery in the village of Vatolakkos on the northwestern side of the island of Crete. The winery was created by Theodore Manousakis releasing it's first vintage in 1997. The winery is now run by Alexandra Manousakis and her husband Afshin Molavi.
The Nostos philosophy is simple; carefully cultivating our vines to allow them to absorb the unique aromas and flavors of the terroir, filling the grape clusters with their essence, thus capturing and preserving the incredible Lefka Ori of Crete in each bottle of Nostos Wine.
