Manuel Cornwall provides Supported Accommodation Placements for children looked after and care leavers aged 16-18 years. MANUEL provides services and support to help Local Authorities meet the needs of the young people they serve. Our Supported Accommodation is aimed at supporting young people with high risk or high levels of need with minimal to 24 hour on-site support and staff cover. Our support covers those young people transitioning out of criminal justice,Tier 4 mental health care and those stepping into independence. We also aim to provide support for young people at risk of sexual exploitation. Manuel’s primary aim is to assist young people to develop practical, emotional, relationship, resilience and financial skills to achieve a successful transition from care to independent living.The support is within a safe, nurturing and caring framework.
