Marches Homes is a privately-owned local housebuilder focusing on creating exceptional, sustainable, and affordable homes through residential development and planning opportunities in the West Midlands.
Our aim is to deliver between 50-100 new homes a year and in order to enable us to achieve this, we are constantly on the lookout for new development opportunities.
In order to do this we welcome conversations:
• Commercial and souring agents looking to hit sales targets faster and make more commission.
• Architects needing input from a developer to advance development opportunities from their clients either through a straight sale or equity injection.
• Planning Consultants and Solicitors looking to bring in more work who can intro us to clients with opportunities.
• Landowners looking to achieve the maximum value from land with development and planning potential either through an outright purchase, promotion, or a Joint Venture structure.
We are looking for development opportunities with or without planning for between 5-40 units in:
• Herefordshire
• Worcestershire
• Gloucestershire
• South Shropshire
