Trinity Assets is a real estate developer based in Birmingham, West Midlands, UK. We source, structure, finance, develop, and manage real estate projects in the West Midlands and have set up joint venture (JV) agreements with equity partners whose funds are ring fenced in their own special purpose vehicle (SPV). We are an award wining residential developer that has undertaken over £30m in Gross Development Value (GDV) of commercial and residential projects. Combining a wealth of experience from our directors, partners and consultants we strive to consistently deliver successful returns to our diverse network base of institutional investors as well as joint venture partners. We focus on acquiring and developing multi-unit projects across the West Midlands delivering high-quality schemes. We have a pipeline of new build, commercial and residential developments and actively seek opportunities to acquire freehold and leasehold stock.
