Maribo Capital is an investment vehicle founded to acquire, operate, and grow a privately-held profitable business in Sweden while keeping the brand and legacy intact. The company was created by Richard Sunnegårdh who has several years of private company experience from consulting for McKinsey & Co. and is a graduate of Stockholm School of Economics and Harvard Business School. The goal is to search and find a great business to acquire and operate for the long term while ensuring a smooth transition for the business owner, employees, and customers.
