Established since 1984, Marinteknik Shipbuilders (S) Pte Ltd is a global leading designer and builder of quality high speed vessels. As the first yard in the world to pioneer the use of special profiled aluminum extrusions for construction for lighter, stronger and better performing vessels, Marinteknik has demonstrated success in building over 200 vessels such as passenger ferries, fast crew boats, FSIVs and full electric boats concept, with speeds ranging from 18 knots to 60 knots for customers globally. Strategically located in the western part Singapore, our shipyard occupies a total area of 23,000 square meters and a water frontage of 128 meters that features a U-shaped seawall for berthing and up slipping of vessels. With strong emphasis on safety and quality, Marinteknik is ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and BIZ Safe Star accredited, and is well equipped with overhead cranes and fully outfitted covered workshops to manage both ship repairs and building of new vessels. In addition, for scalability, we are also supported by our shipyard in Batam, Indonesia, that is focused on mild steel vessels such as tug boats and barges.
