MNL is the only umbrella civil society organization (CSO) that brings together all categories of key and priority population CSOs across Uganda.The MARPs Network comprises individuals and communities; community based organizations (CBOs) serving KP and PPs, district local governments; HIV and AIDS programme actors at district, regional and national levels. As a leading mainstream establishment in a field of many AIDS services organizations (ASOs) throughout the country, MARPs Network is recognized, accepted and valued as the strongest link among the largest number of KP/PP focused stakeholders.
