Marron Capital is a private investment firm that represents the interests of the Marron family. We were founded over a decade ago by Donald B. Marron, who served as the CEO/Chairman of Lightyear Capital, a multi-billion-dollar private equity firm, as well as the CEO/Chairman of Paine Webber, an investment bank. We employ a long-term approach and oversee a portfolio of top tier investment managers that spans long-only equities, hedge funds, buyouts, venture capital, and real estate. Our capital is captive, multi-generational, and flexible. We have no holding period restrictions, external operating constraints, or preconceived biases. Our goal is simple: compound capital by partnering with exceptionally talented and likeminded investors.
