MARS - Manufacturing Architecture for Resilience and Sustainability

Horizon Europe project focused on providing innovative solutions to the challenges faced by manufacturing SMEs. MARS aims to create a highly interconnected and intelligent manufacturing ecosystem by leveraging advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud computing. The project seeks to enable SMEs to become more competitive, agile, and resilient in the global market, by using digital twins and data-driven manufacturing processes to optimize production and reduce waste. With in total 11 project partners from 8 different European countries, MARS is bringing together expertise from academia, industry, and research organisations. By collaborating with these partners, MARS aims to create a pan-European network of manufacturers, suppliers, and stakeholders, promoting the development and adoption of innovative technologies and practices across the manufacturing industry. Goal is to contribute to a more sustainable and competitive manufacturing industry in Europe and beyond.
