Massive is the product of two lifelong callings—Dr. Virginia Lacayo’s expertise in systems thinking and leadership, and Justin Foster’s mastery of brand strategy and human behavior. What unites us is a relentless commitment to justice and a belief that critical thinking is essential for real change. That is why we work with Systems Shakers—nonprofit leaders and entrepreneurs tackling the root causes of systemic oppression. Through coaching, leadership development, and strategic training, we help them navigate complexity, challenge entrenched power, and build movements that create lasting change. At the core of our work is Systemic Liberation—the antidote to systemic oppression. It’s a way of thinking and leading that moves beyond surface-level solutions to dismantle harmful systems at their roots and replace them with something better.
