Mastery Performance Consulting

Founded in 2020, Mastery Performance Consulting specializes in offering sport psychology services to a wide variety of athletes and performers. Our passion is bringing awareness to the mental side of sport/performance while providing passionate professionals looking to practice right out of school a stable career. We cover a wide range of topics in a group or individual format. Some topics covered include confidence, injury recovery, pressure, goal setting, and many more. Currently, all of our consultants are CMPC certified which stands for Certified Mental Performance Consultant. They are certified by AASP (Association of Applied Sport Psychology) which is the largest governing body of Sport Psychology in the world. Finally, we partner with Athletic Departments in all divisions and levels of higher education to provide pools of sessions that can be utilized by athletes.
