How and Why Matrix Connect Group (MCG) Got Started: Over 25 in business working for several Global Fortune 1000 companies in roles of Project Coordinator(RR Donnelley), Production Project Management Specialist(Konia Minolta USA & Xerox), Branch Manager(Canon USA), Sales Manager (Ricoh USA). During these years I discovered Small & Midsized Businesses (SMB), Entrepreneurs, and Solopreneurs were not being serviced properly and not getting the same level of Business Process Consulting which many times included their marketing and printing needs. Companies are focusing on larger companies with big budgets. We also found out (SMB), Entrepreneurs, and Solopreneurs were not providing any Healthcare Services for their employees and many did not have coverage for themselves.
