The Maturity Institute was born out of a global network of like-minded, business-focused, multi-disciplinary professionals. Our Purpose To develop and encourage the practice of Organisational Maturity and the pursuit of Total Stakeholder Value. To help create more mature organisations and catalyze improved financial, human and environmental outcomes for all stakeholders. Our Aims To establish Organisational Maturity as a widely adopted multi-disciplinary practice that embeds the scientific method and evidence based diagnosis with respect to the assessment and measurement of corporate human value systems; and To establish MI as the globally recognised Institution for the research, teaching and professional practice of Organisational Maturity.
