Maurya Group of restaurants is an Indian-fusion fast-casual restaurant and catering group founded in 2001 and currently operating under the following brands: -> Mother India Roti - main location -> Maurya East Indian Roti - 3 locations -> Maurya Indian Twist - 2 location The Restaurant group's inception in Toronto began by blending the West Indian Roti concept into Indian cuisine. Eventually, as the West met the taste buds of the East, it ventured into the fusion concept with a vision to offer guests fresh, healthy and oil-less food catering to the local palette. All the spices are home-blend and every ingredient used is 100% preservative-free.
