MaxServe Consultants was founded by our president Arnold Matthew in 2007.
He has over 40 years experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer, Construction
Manager and Superintendent . Over these 40 years Mr. Matthew has been
responsible for complete project delivery in the following fields - Civil Works
(Pipelines, sewage & water treatment plants); Highways & Roadworks;
Commercial & Residential Buildings; Marinas & Seaports.
Most of the New York projects included Foundations, Underpinning, Support
of Excavations (SOE), Foundation Dewatering, Superstructures (Concrete, Steel
& Wood) were performed over the past 20 years. During this time, we became
experts with the requirements of Federal, State and NY City agencies involved in
the construction process – BEC, DDC, DEC, DOB, DOT, HPD, NYCHA, NYFD,
SCA etc. All experience gained was “hands on” thereby acquiring the ability to
plan and execute construction projects on time and budget.
