Mayfare Group is founded by Rajeev Bhasin in 2012. He began his illustrious career in 1982 as a trainee with the famous Taj Hotel Group India, gaining invaluable experience in fine dining. He moved to Hong Kong in 1991 to work with the Harilela Restaurant Group and over 20 years, established and managed some of the most reputed fine dining restaurants in town; The Viceroy, Saigon at Stanley, Bayside Brasserie, Milano, Gaylord and the Black Stump among many others. The Mayfare Group now owns and manages, Tamarind - Pan Asian, Siamama - Thai & Vietnamese, Namo- Avant Thai and the famous Gaylord Restaurant, one of the oldest Indian establishments in Hong Kong since 1972.
