Mazarin Partners is engaged in the business of providing strategic advice to the founders/executives of innovative, fast-growing companies, and assisting them in the development of key commercial partnerships for their companies. We further imagine outside-the box, even at times game-changing solutions, inspired by The Usain Bolt Paradigm, The Time-Warp Factor, etc., for the evermore complex needs of our clients from branding and communication, to lobbying and growth strategies. Our aim is to help our clients “compress time” to continue to run ahead of the pack. We also intervene in the purchase and/or sale of companies or significant shareholding interest, ideally sourced in non-competitive, privately negotiated transactions. Mazarin Partners’ main fields of activity cover many sectors, from digital media and technology to luxury brands, exclusive properties to 5-star hotel management and some art advisory. To do so, we combine our own expertise with that of extremely experienced Senior Advisors from all these sectors, and others when the need arises, a modus operandi which greatly benefits our very selective French and international clientele in all the projects we undertake on its behalf; our main objective being to create extreme value. We are also involved in the blockchain, in some blockchain assets, a few selective tokenization/AI projects including the metaverse. And for all these projects, we partner with CM Blockchain Group. Finally, strategic capital raising exercises targeting long-term “smart money” (from SFOs to MFOs and eventually SWFs) are carried out by Mazarin Family Office, a sister company to Mazarin Partners.
