Colbert Advisors is engaged in the business of providing strategic advice to the founders/CEOs of innovative, fast growing companies, and assisting them in the creation and development of key commercial partnerships for their companies. We also intervene in the purchase and/or sale of companies or significant minority shareholding interest, ideally sourced in non competitive, privately negotiated transactions. We further imagine outside-the box, even at times game-changing solutions inspired by The Usain Bolt Paradigm, The Time-Warp Factor, etc., for the evermore complex needs of our clients from branding and communication, to lobbying and growth strategies, including strategic capital raising exercises targeting long-term “smart money” (from SFOs and MFOs, plus SWFs). Colbert Advisors main fields of activity cover many sectors from logistics and industrial services to luxury brands, exclusive properties to 5-star hotel management, digital media, and technology, private equity, private banking and wealth management to art advisory. To do so, we combine our own expertise with that of extremely experienced Senior Advisors from all these sectors, a modus operandi which greatly benefits our very selective French and international clientele in all the projects we undertake on its behalf by creating significant value. More recently, we have started to build bridges of a new kind between ground-breaking, disruptive companies and smart personalities from the world of sports, entertainment, and culture in general. We are working both as a very exclusive matchmaker and a marriage counselor. Finally, we are also involved in the blockchain, cryptocurrency/asset and NFT universe and in a few selective tokenization projects.
