The social purpose sector (non-profit, charities, CSRs, etc.) is terribly underfunded for its capacity development, while most have to wear multiple hats. The lack of specialized education for the social purpose sector made it difficult to get qualified people to serve the sector. On top of that, It's difficult to continue serving and retaining people while there is no opportunity for growth. The economy is suffering from huge youth and immigrant unemployment and underemployment who are willing and able to support the social innovation sector but don’t know how to get into the sector, support, and build a career. Hence, we are developing our career and capacity development platform to help impact consultants, organizations, and enthusiasts learn, grow, and thrive.
