Out of our love for fresh herbs and spices, we have recreated traditional Persian dishes in collaboration with Farsi Food. Due to its ancient history and location on the Silk Road, Persian cuisine has been in constant exchange with Indian, Chinese, Turkish and Mediterranean cuisines. Persian cuisine is characterized above all by the abundant use of fresh herbs such as basil, parsley, chives, cress and mint and noble spices such as saffron, as well as fruits such as plums, pomegranates, quinces and raisins. In contrast to other national cuisines in this region, Persian cuisine is not spicy, but rather mildly seasoned.
