Kenneth’s core skills encompass the sphere of business process management (BPM). He is a Certified Process Master (CPM) delivering business process analysis (including defining AS IS & TO BE models aligned with object oriented architecture in workshops with subject matter experts), gap analyses with business artefacts, and re-engineering methodologies all to ISO9001:2000 standard. He distils business rules from legislation & regulations (achieving “red tape” reduction), international standards, as well as policies and procedures. He creates workflow design enabling process automation delivering low intervention, low cost process solutions. Overall, the aim, is to achieve successful customer outcomes (SCOs) through the triple crown of simplified processes, improved revenue, and reduced costs.
