MCS Estates LLC is the asset management arm of the MCS Group. The company was founded in 2011 with a vision of developing and standardizing asset management in Mongolia. Since our inception, MCS Estates has involved in managing diverse portfolios ranging from office towers to residential developments and industrial facilities. Throughout the years, we have developed extensive knowledge on the local real estate market as well as localizing the best international "know-how" which, as a result, broadened our operations from a real estate managing company to Asset Management Company specializing in real-estate.
