MDS is the abbreviation for ‘Mothers, Daughters, Sisters’ it represents the heart of the mentoring program, which is to create a family of role models, to form supportive relationships with black female students who do not have access to black professional women in their own network. MDS sees every girl as a future leader or entrepreneur.
By developing relationships with NGOs who share the MDS vision, to represent the girls in the country in which the mentoring is received, MDS is able to have a global impact by delivering our services online.
