I’m a disability advocate, qualified in occupational health, education, risk, providing HR, EDI and ESG advice. Practising at the Bar in multiple jurisdictions, I work with companies, clients, boards, and governments, always balancing risk with reward, acting ethically and discreetly, contributing to growth, and if necessary, resolving disputes through litigation, mediation, or arbitration.
I have a raft of unique qualifications and professional recognitions, including as a Chartered Banker, a TEP, Chartered in Quality, Securities, Management, Corporate Governance, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. I also serve as a Board Member and Trustee of the Snowdon Trust, an Independent Panel Member at the Ministry of Justice, as a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge, and run Reasonable Adjustment - an EDI and Equality Act consultancy. My lens is multifaceted.
