MedAgora is a service provider for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics. We support our clients in finding licensing partners, distributors, and clients all over the world. We find partners for companies that want to expand in new markets, and we find products and capabilities for companies looking into expanding their product portfolio. We work on a product-based approach (partner search for distribution/licensing), as well as a capabilities-based approach (partner search for development/manufacturing/other services). A. Match making. The quality of our service is based on a thorough match-making process (territory, capabilities, product profile, therapeutic areas + Client's specific requirements) B. Comprehensive coverage of each territory. Our network includes an outstanding number of licensees and distributors – the products will be introduced to all absolutely all relevant potential partners in each territory. C. Our pricing is fixed. We charge 1,000 EUR – 3,000 EUR per market (based on market size) for 1-3 products/specific set of capabilities. The price grows for each additional product/capability. 50% down payment, 50% after project finalization, once we deliver enough substantial feedback to Client's reasonable satisfaction. We do not take any percentage from the product sales or licensing fees. D. Our timelines are fixed. The standard deadline is 3 months after project initiation. It is calculated based on number of markets/products/capabilties. E. Our business model and deliverables are completely transparent. We do not require any protection clause. We develiver openly all potential partners to the Client from the beginning, with complete details. We have the capabilities to support your expansion efforts worldwide – we can explore the potential of your products/capabilities in a multitude of target markets and identify appropriate partners in each of them.
