Lauren Shavell and Patrick Carrico have been illustrating since 1988 and formed Medical Imagery Studios in 1994. Their expertise includes Medical Illustration, Medical-Legal Graphics, Animation, Web Site Design, Graphic Design & Branding and a vast collection of Medical Stock Art Images. Their clients include publishers, ad agencies, web developers, medical groups and law firms nationally and internationally. While both artists have similar artistic backgrounds, Lauren is very strong in art direction that brings beauty and uniqueness to their work, and Patrick has amazing technical and web design skills. We use a variety of techniques, including drawing, animation, and 3D modeling, to help explain anatomical information and procedures.
