Medifon on Suomen Apteekkariliiton (SAL) omistama lääke- ja terveysalan tukkukauppa, jakelija sekä maahantuoja. Medifon vastaa APTEEKKI-tuotesarjan kehittämisestä ja markkinoinnista. Yhtiö on perustettu vuonna 1981 tukemaan Apteekkariliiton jäsenapteekkien liiketoimintaa. Tuote- ja palveluvalikoiman sekä jakeluliikenteen kasvun myötä yhtiö on viime vuosina moninkertaistanut liikevaihtonsa ja henkilöstömääränsä. Nykyään Medifon on yksi merkittävimmistä terveysalan toimijoista Suomessa. Medifon is a wholesaler, distributor and importer for health care products and pharmaceuticals. The company is owned by the Association of Finnish Pharmacies (AFP). Medifon develops and markets the APTEEKKI product line, which is the official private label of the AFP member pharmacies. The company was founded in 1981. Medifon contributes to supporting the business of the AFP member pharmacies. During the recent years, product and service portfolio growth and distribution development have enabled the company to multiply its turnover and the number of employees. Today, Medifon is one of the most significant healthcare business companies in Finland.
