Medisyn Cooperation is a partnership of more than 520 Private Laboratories Network {Primary Greece Health Care Sector}. Medisyn Coop operates as a group of three companies. ‘Medisyn SA Medical’ and ‘Medical SA Commercial’ with 100% ownership and the same organizational structure and ‘Iatrica SA Medical Services’ with 22% ownership and exclusive cooperation with ‘Medisyn SA Medical’.
With reference labs in Athens, Thessaloniki and Heraklion, the group is providing third party services (marketing medical services, consulting services, QA solutions & services, consumables, LIS software solutions) to Biopathology Labs and also negotiates centrals agreements with suppliers on behalf of the members shareholders. Also serves another 700 Laboratories [private Labs, private hospitals and medical units] as customers in IVD market needs.
Medisyn is the leading reference biopathology lab (417 accredited exams) having international strategic co operations with institutions like Cerba. Daily interacts and provides services to more than 35% of the Medical laboratories market, through 115 professionals, achieving a direct turnover of more than 11 million euro and a growth rate of 39% (total market in end user values turnover is plus 90 million euro for the 520 labs) for 2013.
Medisyns' major project is through the pool of the private labs shareholders, to introduce a network (currently 135 members) with high quality standards and strict contract obligations, integrated under ''IATRICA'' brand name umbrella.
Major task and mission, is the support and reposition of its shareholders and their private Primary care labs in the new PHC environment by facilitating them to become sustainable and competitive through the introduction of IT tools, new medical and customer services, educational seminars, local consolidations consulting services, quality assurance procedures, marketing and sales actions and operational strategic consulting.
