LMA North America, Inc. (LMANA) was the wholly-owned US distributor of LMA International NV, the world’s market leader in the laryngeal mask airway range of supraglottic airway management devices. On October 22, 2012, substantially all of the assets of LMA International NV were acquired by Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE; TFX) at a price equivalent of approximately SGD 62 cents per share, representing a premium of approximately 50%. LMANA was a part of the of the "substantially all assets" acquired by Teleflex.
