With its major institutional partners, the new-generation non-profit "MEKAN Platform" is working on: (1) Becoming the one-stop-shop for investors, entrepreneurs, intermediaries, and enablers to invest in/cooperate with a tailor-made regional place-based project pipeline, (2) Launching the first-ever specialised impact certification for Real Estate Investment Funds and Trusts, completely transparent, inclusive, and free-to-use, (3) Establishing an Urban Resilience and Smart Cities Cluster with 40 leading institutions and startups, (4) Utilising a global network of over 3.000 urban and impact specialists for the benefit of the people and the planet, (5) Launching a world-class working group with 3 verticals (sustainable real estate development, circular retail, food and water safety) with essential partners.
