Melbourne AMEP

The AMEP provides English language tuition to help you settle in Australia. You can choose to study full-time, part-time, day or evening at an AMEP centre near you. You may be eligible for the AMEP if you are a migrant or refugee with a permanent visa or an eligible temporary visa. You can continue learning in the AMEP until you obtain Vocational English (finish Certificate III). Learning English can help you settle into your new life in Australia, and help you look for work and make friends. You will improve your English language, learn skills to help you live in Australia, learn about Australian culture, learn English for working in Australia. We have a number of different courses to help you settle into Australia. Your AMEP Centre (where you have your classes) will help you decide which course is best for you.
