Melford Developments was set up by Stuart Peters TD BSc MRICS and Andrew Peters BSc MRICS to carry out Residential, Commercial Property Development and Asset Management. Stuart and Andrew have over fifty years combined experience in the construction industry and have operated a family business together for many years. The range of their experience is extensive covering all aspects of the property market from construction to property development and investment. Melford have developed in excess of £400m of private development over a 12 year period as a mainstream Residential and Commercial Developer. We differ from most Consultants currently in the market place as we deal with all aspects of a property from “cradle to grave” using our extensive Professional and Development experience.
