Our History:
Founded in 2002, Memories By Design started with helping the funeral services industry through our signature Tribute Videos that celebrate the life of a loved one who has passed. Now, having produced over 200,000 videos for families across the country, we have expanded our hands-on expertise in preserving and celebrating lives to those families and individuals who are still with us.
Our Life Story Celebration Program is a partner program to offer family members and patients the opportunity to receive their own Life Story Video.
Whether celebrating a golden anniversary, momentous birthday, special occasion, or facing an end-of-life situation, our Life Story Videos will capture and celebrates the special memories and achievements in a loved one’s life. Using family-selected photos and video clips blended with music and custom moves to create a flowing life journey. In time, each video becomes a cherished family keepsake that keeps a family legacy alive. Partners receive sponsor credit on all packaging and within each Life Story Video.

Our PocketBook Memory Life Story Program is a personal engagement program for senior communities that honors residents and families.
It starts with a customized hand-held video player holding a personalized Life Story Video. Each player has a personalized case with custom design theme, nameplate, portrait photo, and even personal family message.
Each Life Story Video is a chronologically produced journey, highlighting the special people, places, and events in one’s life. Especially effective for memory care, the PocketBook Memory Life Story Program is popular across all levels of senior care.
Senior community partners receive sponsor credit on the case and inside each Life Story Video.
