Morteza Fathipour ,focuses on a wide variety of topics in design , simulation and fabrication of MEMS, NEMS and MOEMS devices and systems including inertial sensors ,lab on chip, organ on chip and microfluidics systems with emphasis on controlling, sensing and separation of genes biomolecules and cells.
