Men's Wellness Club. Evidence based, on-demand membership for: - Mental maintenance, resilience and fitness. - Emotional intelligence and self-awareness. - Communication and feedback skills. - Self-direction and purpose. - Social connection and friendship. ⭕ What is a men’s circle? A regular in-person or online group meeting, led by one of our professional Facilitators, designed for personal development. We support and challenge each other to evolve as men. We run an individual membership model for organisations. Members can get access to online circles, weekend hikes and leadership training.
