Mental Intelligence ... for creativity, productivity and well-being

We live in a world in which complexity, dynamics and instability are constantly increasing. Many people feel jumbled, lose their orientation, don’t find the button to stop the rat race, or sink into permanent stress. The consequences for quality of life, success and health are immense. Mental intelligence means understanding how we can control our brain so that we succeed when it matters. We cannot change many of these external influences. However, we can control the power of our thoughts. Sometimes it's about influencing mood, creativity or productivity, or it's about reducing stress and living a healthy, more effective and easier life. Maybe you know this feeling? You sometimes worry about the future, your thoughts go around in circles and make you feel trapped. How do you get out of those situations? Then you ask yourself the crucial question: Can I do something to change this potential future? Yes, more precaution. Okay, then I will become active and do it. No? Then I want to stop worrying....
