The Mid-East Ohio Regional Council (MEORC) provides innovative services to 20-member county boards and providers of people with developmental disabilities in Mid-East Ohio. MEORC is a council of governments created under the authority of Chapter 167 of the Ohio Revised Code. The original by-laws were adopted on January 20, 1989.
