MerAPAGA is comprised of a core team bases out of Boston, MA USA who have unique experiences ranging in legal, government, business, and community outreach circles. We are also powered by our volunteers who come together from all corners of the globe with a common goal and the unique skills and abilities that make it possible for us to effectively operate.
