Metamorphic International is a non-government development organisation with strategic partnerships in more than 20 nations. We work in developing nations to break the cycle of poverty by training community leaders in personal, community and business development. We believe that development is about more than programs - it is about empowering people to flourish in life and control their futures. The Metamorphic network is a group of development leaders, business people, entrepreneurs, mums and dads, boomers, busters, gen ex'ers and digitals, with a couple of gen y'ers thrown in for good measure.
