We equip & empower these men and women to find solutions to their communities needs and help them break the poverty cycle for themselves , thier families and communities. We look for solutions to real needs like water , sanitation & HIV and build startegic partnerships with people and organisations around the world. I get to teach , preach and communicate to people who make a differnece. I work with the best team in the world filled with talented people who live life to the full. There are reports , budgets , presentations and technical jobs that I do including writing manuals , donor communication , new curriculum and blog entries. We are always trying to find innovate ways to do what we do so I get to look at and develop new technologies and troubleshoot some of these as well. I love my job Show less
