I work with owner-managers as their coach-mentor and a critical friend, and my sole purpose is to make their business more valuable. Many of my clients want to grow their business but can't see how; some are stuck in an unsatisfactory position; a few have obvious problems. Your business is unique. So for me it's about first understanding your business in the round and doing the diagnosis. Then we agree priorities, we make the set of changes necessary to improve the business, and we actively harvest the benefits. Our aim is always business value - making your business more valuable.
