Metro Development LLC is building on a legacy more than 55 years in the making. A unit of the Donald R. Kenny Company, Metro Development was formed in 2008 to develop multifamily communities and extended stay projects. Since then they have delivered some of the region’s most reputable projects such as Lincoln Pointe, Gage Crossing and Emerson Park. Just recently the organization’s student housing project The Griff, received the Multi-family Development Project of the Year Award from the Central Ohio Chapter of the National Association of the Office and Industrial Properties. Having more than 1,500 units under construction at any given time, Metro Development creates accommodations of all sizes to fit the unique needs of communities and specific sites.
