Embarking on this journey has been a humble tribute to my passion for the Arts and Mental health field. The affirming practice of “Metta” has been an incredible source of strength and metamorphosis in my journey and guided by it, I aspire to support individuals holistically in their journey.
This emblem was curated as a symbolic reflection of my vision for Metta interwoven with integrating art therapy within India and internationally.
"Metta" (pron: meht-tah) represents not just a practice, but a space built with compassion, empathy, the blessings and guidance of my Elders, Gurus, professors, and colleagues, and I am deeply grateful for the support and encouragement I have received along the way.
Each step has been guided by a commitment to offer the potential of the creative arts while fostering well-being, ethically and holistically.
I look forward to this new chapter and the opportunity to collaborate, learn, and grow within this community and beyond.
