Since 1949, Meyer has been internationally successful producing machinery when it comes to the subject of fusing machines, double belt presses, scattering machines, heating and molding presses. Customers worldwide produce or process with our machines finest materials like technical textiles, coated or laminated fabrics, fiber reinforced composites, honey combs panels, thermoplastic prepregs, carbon fiber tapes and fabrics, non-woven, foam, leather parts and others. Main focus is on composites based on thermoplastics. Materials can be bonded with adhesives in powder, film or web form and can be calibrated to a desired thickness. Machines are available from 400mm up to 3000mm in width. Applications our found in the areas of automotive and transportation interiors, composites and aerospace, filtration, acoustic, floor covering, garment and apparel, home furnishing, medical products, protective products, sports, workwear, furniture and others. Seit 1949 ist Meyer erfolgreicher Hersteller von Fixiermaschinen, Doppelbandpressen (Flachbett Kaschieranlagen), Streumaschinen, Heiz- und Formpressen. Abrollungen, Wickler, IR-Strahler, Heizöfen, Warenspeicher, Besäumung, Querschnitt, automatisches Stapeln, Warenbahnsteuerung und Messsysteme komplettieren unsere Anlagen. Technische Textilien, beschichtete oder kaschierte Stoffe, faserverstärkte Verbundstoffe, Waabenplatten, thermoplastische Prepregs, Carbonfaser Tapes, Gelege und Gewebe, Vliese, Schaum, Leder etc. sind alles Materialien, die auf Meyer Maschinen verarbeitet werden. Hauptsächlich werden Verbundstoffe mit thermoplastischen Kunststoffen verarbeitet. Zum Einsatz kommen auch Kleber in Pulverform, Folien, Vliese oder Webs. Materialien können auch exakt Thermo-kalibriert werden.
