About Senegalese Ministry of Finances and Budget

The Ministry of Finance and Budget is responsible for the preparation and execution of finance laws, the management of the State’s treasury, the drafting and implementation of tax and customs legislation and regulations, and the representation of the State before the Supreme Court and other courts and tribunals.
